Promos can be rare but generally arent worth anything. Good for collectors, like myself _________________ "Everybodys dead dave, Everybody is dead dave!" |

I dont think its "going" for 8.50, the seller is setting the "Buy it Now" price as £8.50, and starting the bidding at like £2 |

Still, you think you'd be smart enough not to pay money for something with "Free" in the title. _________________ Stay Puffed |

Yeah too right, but then again if it's is out of print and you are a collecter like my self, (well i,m only 15 and i have 306 cd (All real) and 54 vinyls i don't think i'm doing too bad at the moment), you would pay money for it, surely if it was out of print. Not sure really, i got the album and the singles so i have both versions of the songs. Depends how sought after it was and how much it was going for. _________________ "Everybodys dead dave, Everybody is dead dave!" |

i think there was about 20,000 copies of 2 songs for free or something ridiculous like that ... they were probably giving out hundreds evry night for two tours, so it can't be that rare. |

there were indeed 20,000 copies of TSFF making it the least rare reuben release ever.

Yeah i mean for promo's in general, say if you liked Hunderd reasons and you wanted a copy of ' the great test' on promo purly of it's collectible value. What would you pay up to? |

My limt for promo's only of them £4 the great test i got mine for 25p along side 'what you get'.
Just wondering who buy's those promos you see in shops for loads of dosh claiming that they are rare, when 90% it seems they are not. I myself have a small collection of promo's by bands i like, and don't (promos, free, pick them up don't like, not worth anthing wait till i find some one that does like them and give it to them) But if i saw somthing like jetplane or biffy or reuben for that matter i think the most i would pay is £4,
P.S soz about typing lots trying to get some people talking on this forum, where has every one gone?? |
