fucking hell mate, think about it long and hard before you spend 200 sheets on a cd... 'cause as much as we all love reuben, it's still just a cd and when those tracks are on your computer or whatever you could end up wishing you hadn't spent 67 on each one... i dunno, that's just how i'd feel. you're blowing my mind with your expenditure!!

haha fair enough mate, you didnt need to mention it, i just can't imagine having that much to spend on any cd! crazy shit, but if you want it that bad it's obv worth it to you, so doesn't really matter what i think.

and as ripping the piss goes, i'll be happy if i even make it to 30, given how much of a mong i am at the moment Laughing

To be fair I spent a lot of money on old Green Day E.P.s (yes I know, but this was before American Idiot, which I like but then they really did do the classic 'sell out' thing). This was on vinyl but i did have three different pressings of the same e.p. which I then did the, again classic, thing of selling in order not to be broke. I didn't listen to them much and the e.p. was included on the Kerplunk album but I still wanted the actual copies.

If some one is an actual collector then its different. Everyone has a passion and for this guy it's this. Rather than call him an idiot just wish him luck rather than belittle something he wants to do. While most say it's just a CD he might think its only money. Not his money in this case but for the most part theres probably something just as silly that most of us have spunked our money away on.

chill out mate, not belittling it, hence my last post. i was just saying that i don't think i could ever do it and that he should be 100% sure before he spends the money... i've "spunked" plenty of money on the silliest shit before, it's not a knock.

fair, i do see your point, which is why i took such exception to it when i thought you had directed at me! doesn't matter anyway, i'm in agreement, just from a slightly differing perspective.

anyhoo, back towards topic, whatever the occasion, that's proper nice of your dad to sort you out with sotp.

you may as well have, the link for shambles on wikipedia is to this site, no piracy crap to worry about

difference between downloading it and having the cd?

a 128kbps mp3 vs 1 of 500 limited cds.

surely no contest! Smile
