I think hamilton for his success in his rookie year.
Calzaghe has an impressive record, but I wasn't that convinced in his last fight enough to be dubbing him sportsman of the year.
Ricky Hatton can have if he beats the crap out of mayweather next week. _________________ And oh, what I would give, not to stumble, but to really fall in love |

Thatd be ironic. Given that all shes really done is failed a drug test and then got let off. |

exactly why i would hate for her to win
she cheated and now everyone is amazed that she she winning things it is ridiculous and makes me angry
and i know that she didnt fail but miss like three which means that there is a very high chance she did do drugs _________________ "This would have been number one if we werent so ugly" |

hes not in the shortlist and hes probably the biggest letdown in british sport of our generation lol.
I know Hamilton will sodding win this despite not winning the F1 title despite other Brits actually being winners of their craft (Hatton, Calzaghe, Toseland, Rose). But I suppose they cant get on Top Gear the week before the ceremony can they. Rigged as a Russian election anyone? _________________ <@ZoFreX> goddammit

Henman entertained in a way that no other British sportsman ever has for me. He should have def been in the shortlist!

Why? The last major competition he won was in 2003. As long as its not a footballer though. |

I REALLY hope Ohuruogu doesn't win it. Wow, you failed a drugs test. Congratulations.
Hatton for me. The guy's done more for British boxing than Kahn has come close to doing and he's a proper nice guy to boot. Sense of humour about him too: "Fatty's Gonna Get Ya' shirt he's been wearing lately, anyone? _________________ -Already got sent home in a fucking ambulance-
Well, nearly, I got elbowed in the eye at least.
