They're in the booklet. But I assume you downloaded it (legally I might add) and so don't know where I'm going with this post...sorry.

EDIT: but if you must know, http://lyricwiki.org/Reuben#In_Nothing_We_Trust_.282007.29

if you ordered off play.com why can't you look in the booklet?

and if you don't have the cd yet, why do you want the lyrics if you've not heard the album Razz

You're bleeding, but it's alright
'Cos we'll stay awake the whole night
'Cos I found a rock in an ancient place
And it's older than the human race
So let's build a fire
A homing light
For astronauts and satellites
For scientists with soldier's hearts
For pioneers of Earthly arts
You and me
We're dead in the blink of an eye
We've been and gone
We're dead in a blink of the Earth's eye

----

Possibly some of the greatest lyrics I've heard in a long time.

Took the words right out of my mouth, I was considering starting a topic just for that. It's my favourite part of my favourite song on my favourite album by my favourite band.

This is coming from me, the boy who rarely listens to lyrics. I've pretty much learnt them to the whole album!

Today was the first time since INWT came out, that I listened to something else! Puzzle got another spin on the CD player, INWT got 3, which means I've probably listened to it the whole way through at least 40 times now, as it's the only CD I have in my car.

The first verse to Ambulance, absolutely spot on.

When I first listened to that I was absolutely thrilled. Jamie had just sung exactly what me, and several of my friends felt. Mmmm.

Does anyone know what he says (god there's always one song on a Reuben album isn't there!) at the start of Ambulance? It's sounds a bit like 'great god it gets under my skin' but I'm not too sure.

The bit before the song really kicks in in the transition between Cities on Fire and Ambulance, it's on the DVD as well. You don't have to listen that closely to hear him say it but to hear what he says exactly is a bit different.
