Larkhall? That's where my mate stays.
Wonder if that shithole has inspired the boys to write a song!

They reely fooled us all didnt they... I was sure the new single would be agatha or cities on fire...
Watching the studio vid it looks like its track 2 (Blood bunny, check)
Also i think we wre all expecting more tracks after the biffy 16 tracker. still the roobs album will be better than 10 new biffy albums (and i love biffy).

Edit: Apologies for my stupidity, i didnt see blood bunny on the original speculated tracklist.

Random question, but in the studio videos...I think it's day 8, they play back some vocals that just repeat the words "keep your mouth shut" about three times, and that line has totaly got in my head. Anyone know which track that's from (really hoping it made the album cut!)?

They never said Cities on Fire was going to be the first single, did they? All I remember is them saying it was going to be the opener for the album...

Cities on fireis a choon but im not sure if its single material. Its a bit too... good. The singles for me are never the best songs eg keep it to yourself. I dont see cities as catchy enouf.

A bit too good? I think a few people thought that VFVD was a bit too 'safe' (not my point of view, by the way), especially singles-wise, and coming back with a real corker of a track, something different, would be a great wake-up call. I remember when I heard 'Stuck In My Throat' on TV and I became hooked because it was so heavy and different- I hope we can expect something similar with this (but if it isn't, fair dos, I'm not in charge here).
Either that or their best poppy song ever. Something to remind people why they used to love the band but hooky enough to appeal to the new fans. We'll wait and see...

Personally I'm not bothered which songs become singles, as I know they'll be good whatever, I'm just lookin out for some crackin b-sides. Then again, from Reuben's point of view, choosing the right single will mean increased sales blah blah blah.
