Has anybody checked the main page today?

In Nothing We Trust

As you may have seen in the current issue of Rocksound, our new album is titled ‘In Nothing We Trust’, and will be released in the summer on Hideous Records. If you pick up the mag this month, you’ll find a little piece on us in the studio along with a very nice big picture. The album is currently being mastered in New York by Howie Weinberg, who done Nirvana’s ‘Nevermind’, and also the Engerica album.

Woooo! Now just need to buy Rocksound now lol.

the picture that goes with that rocksound in the studio piece made me do one of those laughs where you try to stop yourself and end up doing an embarassing snort type thing instead.
i'd spent so long scanning the pages look for the damn thing, getting an evil stare from the person at the counter in smiths, that i really never expected to see that

the dvd is also dvd of the month and gets a healthy 9/10 Smile

There was this shop today, snow and rock if you must know, and there were to pairs of stairs leading to the next level i chose the stairs behind the scanners and forgot i had an item in my hand and the alarms went off. I carried on walking up the stairs. No one tried to stop me i so coulda run outta the store had i not needed something upstairs.

Anyway i quite like the album name.

Do people reckon we'll get a new font on this record besides the VFVD or is that a set reuben look? And similar a front cover to the DVD, i hope it's alot different.

Love the album title. Tis very different but at the same time very reuben.

I hope theres a completely new theme. Much as i love the old one i think a change is in order. TBH id be surprised if there wasnt one.

I still want to know what happened to Don't Die and Blitzkrieg (In a funny kind of way you are beautiful, in a funny way I am too...). The latter I heard ONCE, about what, two years ago? And I'm still singing it - how is that not a guaranteed hit?

The studio diary videos, day 12, about 52 seconds in- sounds a lot like Blitzkreig! Oh yes!

There's a small section of a song, in one of the latter stuio ones, where Sean and Jamie are eating meatloaf, and there's a song in the background. I'm not sure what it is, but i can hear the lyrics 'I wanna be just like you'. In one of the vids where Jamie's recording vocals, he also does a bit where he sings 'I wanna be just like you, get a new job and a really cool tattoo'.

Any idea what song this is?

blitzkrieg was a potential second album track that they were toying with in soundchecks etc back on the racecar tours. i remember thinking it was rather good when i heard it.
hope it hasn't been lost to the ages unless the new songs are even better in which case screw it! Razz
