I love Shambles, it almost sounds un-Reuben. It sounds like its like sampled almost. I'd love to hear it live

*moves back on topic* I've decided that it is way too hard to choose. I love both albums for different reasons. Here's how I see it:

VFVD
first few tracks are better than RIRB
has more of my favourite songs on
Blamethrower is one of my favourite ever songs
Lyrically amazing

RIRB
better last few tracks
more tracks
Moving to Blackwater is one of my favourite ever songs
Lyrically amazing

An impossible choice I feel.

Cities On Fire may be the best song Reuben have ever done...

Its a good sign that from the few songs that people have heard, us 3 all think of 3 different songs we really like Smile

I don't think "little" is quite doing it justice Wink

Purely on a musical level (not judging the lyrics or anything) the new songs are bloody amazing, and pretty different.
Quite frankly, being there at the first playing of Ambulance and Agony makes me feel quite proud. Ambulance is where it's at, I can't remember anything about it other than feeling completely flabbergasted. And Cities On Fire is just epic.

Yeah, Ambulance just knocked me for 6. It finished and I felt like I was in shock. That sounds so stupidly over the top and silly, but that's genuinely how I felt, like some major event had just taken place and I was there. However then I realised I'd been going absolutely mental during that song and was in a lot of pain, so I didn't pay much attention to Agony. I remember it being dance-worthy.

Cities on fire is awesome too, if only for the emotionally crippling lyrics in the quiet section. I initially thought these were about the London bombings, but taking a look back on the board, the first mention of the song comes about 3 week BEFORE they took place, so I guess that's just plain wrong.

I disagree. Although I like Kick in the Mouth alot, No-one wins the War is an awesome opener and then track 3 is Stuck in my throat, which is obviously awesome
