When i try to watch a video its takes a while but when it finallly does load i dont get any sound. what should i do?

Did you download DIVX? http://www.divx.com/divx/?src=toptab_divx_from_/index.php Download the free one and install Smile shouldnt cause you too much problem.

When i load the videos the sound is all stuttery for about 5 seconds and the just doesn't work. for the live ones there is no sound at all.

sort of related, whats the best program to use to watch these? Because I'm using windows media player and the picture doesnt run too smootly, for example in LSHO, when they reveal their faces you dont see that bit properly.

There's a dedicated DivX player you can download that's quite good, other than that Winamp and media player should both play it fine.. if your pc isn't that fast it can skip frames sometimes though.

Divx has to decode the video so if you dont have a decent machione then you will get some poor performance. probably your best bet is to put them onto CD and take them to a mates Very Happy

The vids have to be in DIvx to keep the file sizes small otherwise they'd take forever to download.

it happened to me too.....but only twice.....and its fine now

very strange...



altho may i applaud the method used to get good quality (even at "lo") videos in small dls ....well done!
any chance of more videos from this tour...perhaps a behind the scenes or a couple more live tracks
