And look at postage! Recorded delivery is mandatory?

Well- no-one has bid on it yet, but that's incredible! It's only recently ran out (compared to Stux and SOTP) so it's strange why he's asking 40 for less than ten minutes of music...quite mad really.
I'm glad I'm holding onto mine!

No offense, but you're a fool then.

Recorded First Class offers no more compensation then regular First Class. A seller doesn't need confirmation of delivery to keep themselves safe, they just need a receipt from the post office. Which is free.

Making it mandatory will only lose you bidders, cos they're going to think your postage is steep, and perhaps suspect that you're looking to make an extra quid or so on postage (since I have yet to recieve an item packaged in gold leaf, I would have to assume that a lot of sellers do...).

Yes but a receipt from the post office only confirms that you sent something on a certain day costing a certain amount. Recorded delivery is tracked by barcode so you have solid proof of postage as well as the option to track it.

2.50 takes the piss though.

recorded delivery gets a signature at the other end to prove it was delivered.

proof of posting just proves you posted something

People have obviously seen SOTP and LSHO Selling for rediculous amount before and are obviously trying to cash in.
