If you were trying to get a mate into reuben and could only choose 1 song, which would you choose?

I think id choose Lets stop hanging out

why?

Its got everything...it's got a great riff (although it sounds alot like Bury White by Far) a great sing along chorus, the heavy bit to mosh to, then to finish it off..the ending is awesome that makes u want more!

Definitely Let's Stop Hanging Out for me too. I first saw Reuben as a support act, having never heard of them before... and that was the song that stuck with me.

In fact, I did get a mate into Reuben with that song...

it does have a similar start to bury white doesnt it - which is not really a bad thing.

i would use ... hmm ... i reckon freddy kreuger would work best on my friends ... but lsho and simt are closest to having the complete reuben package

the first reuben song i heard was probably stux, but the first one that got well and truly stuck in my head, was 'It's all about control.' I heard it last year in soundcheck at Nottingham Rock City, and it's been in my head ever since! So maybe that would be a good one from the new batch. It's one thing for a song to stick in your head after a gig, but after a soundcheck.......... i reckon that's pretty darn impressive song writing.

For my particular mates, Freddy Kreuger or Stux. But I don't really care, they can stick their Good Charlotte and Blink182 T-shirts Rolling Eyes

Stuck in my Throat - It's got the heavy verse for the more rocky people, and its got the wicked melodic chorus and ending for the more chilled people. And its just a superb song.

Depends on the mate, but most of my friends are not into music and if they are they like rap, and about 40% of my mates are female so..... lets see..... dusk Very Happy
