Is it just going to be the song itself, and maybe a bigger resolution for the artwork that will be downloadable?

(never keen on internet download only singles)

I'm not that sure what the purpose of this is really, I don't think download singles are a good idea for a band that is still trying to "breakthrough". Surely better promotion would be to have a CD in a shop? Hey what do I know.

Someone will no doubt have it on Kazaa/similar soon after the release anyway, so apart from the hardcore fans on here who want to support the band, who is actually going to download it?

Anyway rant over, it doesn't detract from the fact that I'm truly excited about the prospect of hearing some new material from my favourite band very soon! Very Happy can't wait!

It's gonna be heavy. Download singles are usually quite experimental. Think of Jaggy Snake...there's no way that would have been released as a "proper" single or with a radio edit. Then the slightly less hardcore ones are released as proper singles. Bring it on! Cool

I'm guessing that there won't be a video.

All great news...

Now that the boys have distribution planned for downloadable content, can we expect the Badmusic singles to become available too? There's gonna be a growing number of people who'll wanna listen to SOTP, Stux etc. and wouldn't this be the perfect opportunity to do it? I know the band/label/mgmt are against file sharing, but surely even they can't expect the fans to pay out 20+ for a ridiculously limited release back catalogue single?

Come on boys - play fair...and let the new fans get hold of your old stuff - it still stands up on it's own depsite the obvious qualities of Racecar...

...and I'm saying this despite having the back catalogue myself anyway...

SOTP & Stux were Bossmusic, not Badmusic.

Badmusic did Pilot (still for sale) and LSHO.

we might make LSHO available for download at some point, i don't know...

no idea about the others though.. nothing to do with me...
