Jamie lists one of his favourite bands as Earthtone9. On top of that Karl is one of the most talented vocalists in the country at the moment and one of the most respected people in the underground British rock and metal scene. Good choice of guest I think!

Anyone who supports the underground rock scene in this country would say that, unless they are stupid.

At first glance it looked like Andrew from Jetplane. Similar short hair, often wears a beard, has a "rock" stance like that. Body looks similar as well.

Well I'm not having a go, but I personally don't "support a scene" as much as I'd love British music to do well. I listen to music that I like wherever its from, and similarly I wouldn't just listen to a band because they were part of my scene.

Karl did a great job as guest vocalist on Vacant Stare's album a few years back. His roar rocks.

Does anyone know why Vacant Stare split? Their debut was one of the most technically and musically impressive I have ever heard, had completely amazing reviews, and then they just disappeared Sad

He guested on Landmine Spring's debut album a while ago as well. If you're fan of Vacant Stare and ET9, check them out, they're sorta the same style Smile

EDIT: To whoever it was that said it, no, Karl REALLY IS one of the UK's biggest talents, he fucking owns
