There are definite vex red bits in there (and thats a very good thing). Also elements of NIN too. Basically theyve taken everything thats good about music and compressed it into one little masterpeice. Oh and i now love agatha with piano. Officially no weak tracks now imo. |

I don't honestly think that there's a single track which I didn't enjoy.
On picky notes I thought DLNA has a very mild chorus and the lyrics don't run too well. But its personal preferences most of that. _________________ And oh, what I would give, not to stumble, but to really fall in love |

I was listening to An Act of Kindness on the train into work today, and it kicked ass. Muchly.
Even my least favourite track is a good one. Yuss. _________________ Stay Puffed |

I must admit that the more I listen to the album the more i notice, and the more i like it!! like cities on fire i fort was good, and on the DVD it was great live, but when you actually listen to it with ure full attention and listen to the lyrics its a reallly awesome song!!! Reuben are without doubt for me, the greatest band ever!! theres not a song ive heard of theirs that I dont like, and I cant say that about any other band. |

I have to say I disagree with all the "An Act Of Kindness" comments!
I think it's one of the greatest tracks on it it reminds me of older Reuben and I love the guitar work.
It also has to be said that Reuben really know how to close an album, A Short History Of Nearly Everything is a stand out track for me!
It reminds me of Dusk which was a great closer for the behemoth that is Racecar. Also whilst on the subject, does anyone else think VFVD should have finished on Return Of The Jedi?
Not to go against the boys tracklisting choices but I think it's a perfect closer to an album.
However, this rant is going progressively further off topic so I'll end by saying Crushed is musically my least favourite track.
Lyrically however it is a masterpiece.

for me I think Agony Agatha is the weakest track......I think the piano sounds pretty poor and would sound much better with guitar. I would say Crushed is my least favourite but I have to give it respect for being so bold....and the lyrics are great in places _________________ Try to keep your composure, I'm only having a laugh. |
