Mikee from Sikth is good at what he does but he's not the most talented vocalist at the moment. Or even in the UK underground. He has a very limited range. He's good at the screaming but only that. And funny voices. He's a very talented poet though.
If you want talented vocalists try:
Justin Schlosberg (Hell is for Heroes)
Justin (Sikth - much better vocalist than Mikee)
Ben (Hondo Maclean)
Jamie Lenman (Reuben - it's their site!)
James Norris (Fallen To / The Sonic Art)
and probably the best:
Ollie Gibson (FONY)
Mikee is a great poet and can do funny voices but as a rock vocalist he's a one trick pony. Sikth without Justin would not be anywhere near as good. Without Mikee they could survive. |
