Is this the "Guitar-speak" that Jon says about in the Studio diaries? _________________ ... |

I am 100% certain WTBS is played in E flat tuning not C#, based on the chord shapes Jamie plays in the video. I've got a very basic tab done that I can try and get up tomorrow night if someone feels like making my painfully simplistic one better _________________

I'll give it a go if you chuck me it. Not been able to watch the DVD again coz my WSHGTU is in my work van so i cant get it till tomorrow. Sure you're right with tuning. I'm just trying to remember from memory. Have figured out how to play it in C# tuning tho in the last 5 mins! Ha!
But back onto Covers, I may have a word with the drummer in my band and see about recording a cover of 'Doll Fin'. I seriously cannot stop listening to that song. Reminds me of old Silverchair. Already perfected it on guitar. Nice! _________________ "Don't jack off a cactus. You'll only hurt your hand... and the cactus' feelings" Tré Cool |

So far we have two covers:
Alpha Signal Seven - Banana Flight Case
Banner Held High - Scotty
I'm nearly done with Death Of A Star so who else has anything or is working on anything?
Looking forward to more submissions! _________________ I have nothing clever to put in here....

I attempting to work on a cover.
But I've just moved house so I'm having to sort everything out before I can do anything. _________________ In the words of Jamie Lenman

La Luna Del Cacciatore - Eating Only Apples.
Is going to be recorded live in a studio with a few other ideas, but we're waiting for our guitarist/vocalist to come back from Texas first. _________________ Stay Puffed |

I will do Scared of the police. Give me a few weeks to get some shit recorded. Might do lights out too. My old band did a cover and we wernt allowed to release it as a bside in australia cos there was no way they could get the royalties. feel free to check out my other stuff in the meantime. www.myspace.com/missingdeltora or www.myspace.com/cwmabasstw |

Ok guys, here's my VOCAL cover of SIMT, don't judge it all on the singing, as I'm not a good singer, I know XD. It's more the mixing and timing that I want you to mark me on. Hope you like it! Some parts sounds like my scream parts have effects on them, but they don't. It's a bit fucked
Mainly through it all being done in Audacity which is HARD and my horrible mic doesn't help things either.

Anymore news on how covers are coming on?
I'm waiting to hear back from a few people and it would be great if this was able to be finalised before the end of the year.
Also I propose we support a 1 cover per user situation (unless there's a distinct lack of submissions or there are two songs by the same user too good to miss out).
Suggestions? Ideas? Submissions?!
